The grass fibres are UV Treated and thus it will not fade or degrade when exposed to direct sunlight. The grass is fire rated in accordance to Singapore Government Norms. If exposed to fire, the grass will not spread the flame or emit any toxic fumes that are Immediately Dangerous to Life and Health (IDLH).

The grass comes along with a Draincell from Australia which is recommended for all outdoor installations to facilitate smooth drainage of water during heavy rainfall.
